I don't think you can reject this item for the lack of an earth terminal!
Does a light switch have an earth terminal? The earth conductor is connect to the terminal in the metal back box to protect he box and fixing screws. In the case of a dry lining box there is no terminal so you have tape up the earth in case you ever need it later modifications.

Electrocution Hazard amazon check safety issue
Bought to switch exterior light on and off. Very concerned there's no provision of an earth connection through the switch. Could result in electrocution if switching a metal cased light. Sorry I prefer to live and not get electrocuted. Amazon check this item for safety. Made in China where earth connections never seem to be provided.
