these are simply great, very versatile. gives ou so many different options from two handed to single handed movements. very sturdy and well made

Good Enough For The Pros Is Great For Me
I've seen a few professional bodybuilders use these on Instagram and thought with the low price it was worth a try for my home gym. I primarily use these for stiff-arm lat pulldowns, but also for tricep pushdowns and face pulls. They are very comfortable and I like that the two lengths give me more variation. I don't know how they would hold up in a professional setting but for my tasks they are durable and one of the best value purchases I've made for my gym.

Must have for tall folks
Looks great. Very strong thick material. Absolutely perfect for face pulls and getting a really nice stretch on my tricep extensions.I'm 6'9, and it's really hard to get the range of motion from smaller ropes. Definitely a keeper in my gym bag. Worth every penny.

Feels great on your hands
I like how the Vulken triceps rope feels on your hands, soft pads for your palms and you can place your palms in various positions to hit the lateral head, long head, and medial head very well. It’s length allows great overhead extensions and it’s super strong and durable

Perfect addition
I bought these for using on the cables at the gym and they have been great !! It’s a perfect addition to my workout. The equipment at the gym isn’t always available and doesn’t give the range of motion that these do. Definitely happy with my purchase
