Great take on hard salami/sausage with a unique and pleasant flavor.
I was looking for Italian hard salami and ran across this product. I read about it and thought I would try a new and unique flavor from Hungary. I was very pleased by the combination of flavors with the dominate spicing being paprika. It is fairly mild but flavorful. It's great alone, with cheese, bread, crackers and pairs well with red wine too (Malbec is my favorite, so far). (Just a caution, I fed some to my Chihuahua and she was not feeing well the next morning. I did some research and found that Paprika may upset doggy tummies. I guess the only down side is she will have to enjoy other delicacies from now one and this will be reserved for people. Perhaps it should be called Sausage Paprikash!

Tastes really good
Just like the Hungarian salami that we used to purchase from a Hungarian butcher shop when I was a child. The butcher came to US in 1956 ( Hungarian revolution) his name was Nagy. Lovely memories of visiting his shop 2 X month with my parents. Nothing smells as good as that shop did. But this sausage is finely ground and firm and very tasty. Seasonings are perfect too. The only con is that shipping wrapping is not great. Will buy again.

paprika is way to much
share with my dog he voted a 5 star he couldn't get enough. not a true salami bought 2 and regret it started to use it in my dishes because it not enjoyable on it own . Does not taste like a authenic salami which what i was shopping for.Papirka should not be used as a flavor but as a color enhancer like chili or in food presention. been a professional cook for 40 year master cook for 22 years in las vegas.

Sooo much better flavor than store brands
I like foods with flavor and this fit the bill perfectly. The paprika is not "hot" like pepper, but it does give a pleasing taste that is smokey. Wonderful product.
