The installation process was straightforward, even though the kit seemed a bit more complex compared to others. It wasn't a hindrance; in fact, the seat was securely and sturdily installed on top of my existing bidet, which is a huge plus for me as a bigger individual. The seat doesn't budge an inch, providing a stable and comfortable experience every time. One of the standout features for me has been the slow-close mechanism. It's a game-changer. The seat lowers quietly and gently, eliminating any chance of it slamming shut. It's one of those small conveniences that significantly enhance daily life. The toilet seat is fine and the soft close feature works, but the hardware connecting the seat to the toilet is awful. The clamps that hold the pegs in place don't stay tight, so sometimes when we sit down the whole seat pivots. We've tried tightening, resetting, taking the whole seat and hardware set off and reinstalling, and even epoxying the pegs in place to try and get this thing to stay put and it always comes loose again within a few weeks, max. I bought this in 2023. We're finally giving up and throwing it away.

My first time buying a soft close seat and I'm loving it so far! Installation is a bit different but not too challenging. The plastic inserts were a bit too big for the holes, as some reviews said they might be, so I just filed them down a bit until they fit. Seat fits nicely and it looks good in my bathroom. And no more worrying that a guest will break the seat by letting it fall closed!

It's a beautiful toilet seat but beware of quality control issues relative to manufacturing. There were a few defects. Very easy to assemble. I will return the defective seat and order the same one again. Hopefully, the second time is the charm.

I am writing this review because I rely on reviews and this elongated toilet seat is worth writing about! I purchased 2 and installed the first one without a hitch. When I got to the second one, the plastic inserts that should fit in the top holes were too big, so i used the option suggested to insert from the bottom, this did not work! The seat would slide and was unstable. After pondering over this I decided to uninstall and very carefully shave the plastic inserts just enough so they would fit perfectly from the top and everything was resolved! These toilet seats are solid, comfortable and an exquisite upgrade! When installed correctly the mechanics are Perfect! If you are looking to enhance your bathroom experience, do not hesitate to purchase the Angel Shield toilet seat!!!

Good seat, sturdy, good fit, easy installation. After less than 18 months the soft close stopped working. At about 2 years the hinge broke, buying a new one now. Great while it lasted, but I expected a few more years of use.

Customer service was excellent.. my soft close stopped working (only 3 yrs old) .. contacted seller to see if there was anything I could do to tightened etc - to stop it from quickly closing with a bang - before I purchase a replacement .. sent a video showing it in action.. and was told the hinges can be replaced.. they also sent be a small reimbursement to aid in the new hinges’ cost! They were very prompt in their responses.. I highly recommend.. we have several of them.. and will definitely be buying if ever needed in the future!! Btw they are very well made, comfortable and look great!!

Easy to instal, love the metal hardware that looks a lot nicer than plastic. At first I found the marble colours to be a little dark but I got used to it and love it now. It's like the picture shows!

I really love it matches grey appliances. Nice and sturdy with metal attachments (not plastic). One Funny thing my 4 year old granddaughter didn’t want to use it because she thought the old grey one was still on the toilet and was was dirty. Lol

Correct replacement. Cheaply made. Kept moving. Now broken. Very disappointed with this product!. This is the second one used. Worked for a couple of weeks. Now starting to move again. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth it

This is an excellent toilet seat and is easy to install. One thing to note, to get the quiet closure seat to stay up, make sure to open the seats when tightening the screws underneath.
