This item was first given to me at my physical therapy and it works wonderfully. It has an extreme cooling sensation that helps to reduce pain and it also helps to reduce itching and it also helps to reduce swelling and it's great for any pain or any skin issues. I have even used it for bug bites to stop it from itching. The roll on feature is very comfortable and it helps to administer the product and the product is extremely pleasant to use. The aroma is pepperminty and it is soothing and I highly recommend it.

Of the dozen topical that I have at my disposal, this is the one I use most frequently. Application takes seconds and relief follows immediately. It also is a great value as it last quite a long time for the money. Pain management is something that I know a lot about and this is a great product!! Purchased based on the online reviews. I find it convenient to use. It does have a slight scent. It seems to relieve some of my arthritic discomfort in my fingers. It didn’t seem as effective on my knees.
