Water Buffalo Lodge Hat, Multi, One Size

It would’ve been perfect if the buffaloes horns were pointing straight out that they are going every which direction :(

From the photo it would appear that this is like a "Mad Bomber" with horns. It isn't! Other sites from the one where I made my purchase doing deed show something much taller.This hat is really TALL! It will tower over your head. The hat as illustrated has a great deal of its material folded underneath. Picture a hat with an entire roll of toilet paper stuffed in the top half, because that's about the size of the block of foam that supports everything from far below the horns to the top of the hat. The part up balanced on top of your head is probably at least 8 inches tall.This is a purely novelty or comic hat... Just like Fred Flintstone's Buffalo Lodge hat. Anybody who has to sit behind you at the game is going to be upset and end up swatting it off your head.If you're okay with all of that, the hat is well-made from a nice, soft, fluffy, faux-fur, and a relatively comfortable elastic-band down around the back makes it fit well.At the price it's not a bad deal as long as you understand that this hat is simply not what is shown in the photo on this page.It is not what I wanted, but would cost to to return. I'll keep it and give it is a goofy gift.

Crazy boy has ran this thing ragged. And that is value. What a fun item it was for my boy and our family. He'd imagine himself a buffalo and run around. The pure joy of things so simple made this item I would tell anyone with a boy or girl that loves bovine or buffalo to get. Great for ages 2 to 6 I would imagine. When we would go to a animal feeding safari, he'd wear this after we were done, ranting and raving about how the bison ate.

Both my parents went to NDSU- home of the Bison. I bought 3 styles of this hat for my family to wear during football games.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and it was a huge hit.
