Carb alternative
If like me you have to be very careful with weight etc then the Eat Water range is for you. The aroma is a bit fishy when you open the packet but a good rinse under cold water before cooking removes that and once you cook and add to your favourite sauce then its fine. The texture is different to rice and pasta but is ok. Its carb free which for me is very important, is vegan, helps you lose weight. I buy all mine through Amazon, especially the multi mix pack. Its much cheaper on Amazon per pack than in the supermarkets. So pleased to have found it and my diabetic nurse is recommending it to other patients with a carb problem.
