When i recieved your labels, they appear to be the free labels that you can order from ups. when inserted into my rollo, they don't read correctly?

The UPS ones have UPS wording on the back of the label paper. Otherwise they aren't from UPS. I've purchased these and they worked fine with my Rollo, but you may have to use the correct settings. Contact Rollo, they have great customer support and can help you figure out how to get it to work.
