I'm on my second bottle, can't swallow pills so I empty two capsules in the morning with other supplements into a large drink and mix them up. I like that the bottle is blueish with a red label so that I can quickly tell it apart from my other supplements.

Hard to chew, but worth it!
Great product! Antioxidants are very important. However these are very hard to chew and leave a funny aftertaste.
