I’m 5’7 and wear a women’s medium. What size should I get?

I’m 5’6 and wear M/L usually, ordered this one in MEDIUM, and it fits perfect.

Medium chest measurement says 20.6 inches? I am small busted but nobody measures around their bust at only 20.6 inches. Is this a lay flat measurement

Yes they run very small, like a junior done. I bought an XL for myself which is normally loose fitting and I could get this past my head. It runs straight and small. I gave the XL to my niece who is petite and it fit her as a sweatshirt should. She's 20.

Is there a male version?

It could be unisex. Mine just arrived and it's not at all tapered in the waist as is shown in the product images. Just a regular boxy sweatshirt. The only area where a man might struggle with the fit is at the wrist.
