The first time I had Honey Stinger gels was training for my first half marathon in 2021. I wish there were more flavors available with caffeine because I use these on my long runs for energy and the caffeine ones taste amazing! It is honey so it is sticky and thick but I enjoy them. They are easy to open while running but I try to remember to bring a small bag or something to put them empty packets in so I don't get the inside of my running belt all sticky. This flavor is my go to however and is so delicious!

Worked wonders to help me run a sub 4 hour marathon for my first time. I used one of these gels every 3 miles to keep me going, definitely high in carbs and calories but I noticed an immediate improvement in my performance once I started using these in my 15+ mile runs, able to finish much stronger. These are best washed down with water afterwards which can help with the stomach discomfort. After race day I definitely had some digestive issues but I made it through the race! Sometimes having more of them may be better earlier in my training to give myself time to accommodate.

These taste just as good if not better than the gummies version. They keep me hydrated and want to keep moving on the bike!

Ordered the Honey Stinger based on review and the natural ingredients. Like the flavor and it seemed to work as it supposed to. The reason to take away a star is the shipping packaging. The shipment came in a soft bag, with that shipping method the soft box inside that contained the product was severely damaged. Because of that, a few of the individual packs also leaked. Contacted Amazon and immediately got replacement, which is appreciated. But the replacement came with the same shipping method and the soft box inside was damaged again. Fortunately this time none of the actual packs were affected. Shipping packaging needs to improve based on the fragile nature of the product.

In general, I have never cared about honey, even in my childhood, but of all the gels that I tried while running my VERY numerous Marathons, these ones apparently work the best.

Great product, however only 22 gels in my box. May be smart to put a seal on the sides, so that stuff can't fall out/be taken out of these boxes.

This is my favorite HS gel flavor. It's not overly sweet. Delivered today and the expiration is 11/2026.

I’ve been using these for about two years now on my long runs. I’ve tried longer runs without them and can feel the difference and increased energy when I use my gels. I’ve tried the fruit punch and açaí flavors and both are pretty good. They’re easy to open so you can continue to run while you tear and consume them. I’ve also used these in the gym when I forget a protein bar and they give me the burst I need when I’m starting to feel hungry in the middle of a session.

Honey Stinger works well for me. I use it for running and I feel less tired. The gel melts in the mouth so it is easy to swallow. The flavour is also mild and pleasant.

Just tried these today on a trail run. THEY’RE DELICIOUS. You can taste the difference between the quality ingredients in these versus… other gels. Zero stomach issues - great energy - delicious! Will be buying again.
