Am I still able to use my tinted cover over top of this product?

Not sure, never had a need for tented plate covers.

My rear plate holes are unfortunatly close to my exhaust, would this melt?

Silicone cooking utensils can melt if they get too hot so with the silicone license protector that is not rated for heat I would think there is a likelihood that it would melt if it gets too hot. I don’t think I would take the chance.

Is the screw cover really snap? Mine seems very easy to fall off, it cover but turn, I'm worry if the heavy rain or snow will wash-off.

The cover does snap on and will not come off. Make sure you are pushing it all the way on
