I ordered a size Large based on an older scrub shirt he uses to sleep in. When this new one arrived, I compared the two, and this one was about 4 inches narrower. Since his clothes has now arrived, I didn't bother reordering a bigger size. The quality of the material, coloring, and stitching all seem very nice. I just think their sizing is more for a slimmer cut.
