Got this robot vacuum for over 10 months now, so I thought I'll post honest opinion.Robot works as it should, the app for room map etc. Doesn't work apparently it doesn't support 5ghz WiFi signal.As an owner of a cat and a dog and 2 messy kids that vacuum is on every day/twice a day. It does it job, battery could have last longer but whole house gets pretty much done on one full charge.It is handy that robot finds its way back to docking station and charge itself.Mopping program its not my favourite, it does wet the floor but doesn't really clean it at all, so I don't use that option.Will recommend for a daily support not as a main vacuum in the house, if you have furry friends and have to vacuum a lot - this robot will help you a lot but it won't replace your regular one.Fair for that price.

This little robot gobbles up cat hair (lots of it!), crumbs and all normal daily detritus.It has issues cleaning corners, and sometimes doesn't pick everything up on the first try but it does make a real difference and saves me lots of time.It needs minimal care (cleaning the brushes and filter and one battery change) and three years later it's still going strong!

The only issue I experienced with this item is that it gets stuck under my sofa would be better if it could detect theres a risk of getting stuck before going under there but for the price of 50 pound you really cant complain, other than that it's a great item

The media could not be loaded.  Really impressed this gadget and so glad I bought it! The suction is good, it's not too loud (much quieter than a normal vacuum), it will cover areas its missed, the mop isn't perfect but does a basic clean. My main issue is that for some bizarre reason after 17:00PM (ish) the app will just stop working and it loses connection with my Google Assistant!! Its had the same issues with my partner, so its not just me. I hope this issue gets fixed (as its definitely not my WiFi) - for this reason it has lost a star. Also one last note, as it has a mirrored plastic it already looks like it needs a clean after only 2 days (and I don't have a particularly dusty house).

I have had this a few days and its a great piece of kit. However I cannot get through the first stage of setup on the app. Can anyone help.

This is my purchase of the year. I love it, it works fantastic - I have a border collie and the house is free of hairs and it’s just such a powerful tool. I use both functions almost on a daily basis and it’s just so solid! It comes with an incredible amount of replacement parts, like a brand new hepa filter, and the rotating brushes and a brush to clean the filter and the mopping accessories… it’s just brilliant. It has a docking station that it goes to when it needs charging and it comes with a remote and an app. I’m delighted with it - and it well worth the money. I actually think they should sell it for more because it’s just amazing.

I absolutely love it ! Best purchase of 2020!The only thing I couldn’t get to work is the app but you don’t really need it !Saves me so much hassle! Now instead of cleaning the floor on my days off I relax on my couch with a cup of coffee and let Rexy do the job ! ❤️

I have 2 cats so the amount of hair I have in my case is incredible. I never realised until I used this one daily. Obviously it will not replace the cleaning a human can do but to maintain it it’s perfect. I use it daily downstairs and upstairs. No need to recharge between the floors as 1 battery cycle is more than enough. If the house is not cluttered it’s perfect. If it is (like mine) it might miss some spots. But that’s ok. I love it!!
