It's roomy and well made, about the size of a large purse. The end pockets hold my stainless steel tumblers (either tall 24 ounce or 40 ounce) just as long as the inner compartment isn't overfull. There are three inner open pockets on one side of the interior, and a zipped pocket on the other side. I love that the entire main compartment zips shut. The exterior pockets are all good sized and I use them everyday to hold my A5 sized planner, a small notebook, my large smartphone, tumbler, and I use the exterior zippered pocket to keep my ID badge when I'm not using it.The fabric is a nice heavy woven cotton, and the straps are long enough to wear this as a shoulder bag, soft and substantial. I love the classic lines and how much this little bag holds.
