- Torq - Hardside Medium Checked Spinner Luggage, Granite, Checked-Medium 27-Inch

This is a highly durable suitcase, that holds a lot. The wheels are excellent, so pushing it through the airport takes very little effort. The price is fair for what you get.The one flaw is that the zipper is shockingly flimsy and unreliable. After picking up my bag off the luggage carousel with the zipper seam popped open, three trips in a row, I bought a pair of sturdy luggage straps to keep the suitcase closed. Since then, it's worked just fine.

The Hunter green color is MUCH DARKER than it appears in the photos. I thought it was black when it arrived, until I looked at it in direct sunlight, then you can see the subtle matte green coloring. The design is nice though - I like the exterior laptop pocket, but I wish it had an additional grab handle on the side and was expandable.

A bit flimsy for the $. Lightweight, great warranty, yet could be a bit more reinforced at seams. Looks like zipper is all that is holding both sides together.

I have a smaller Briggs and Riley bag, and purchased the green/hunter larger one for a trip to Japan. The case is lightweight, rolls with no resistance, and stood up great to lots of abuse on a ski trip to Niseko. I love this suitcase, absolutely worth it. Another winner from Briggs and Riley.

I loved everything about this luggage. Then on the way home, on my first trip with this luggage, the zipper broke and I lost a bunch of stuff inside that was not strapped in. I think it’s a poor design, the only thing holding this closed is the zipper.

Exactly as advertised. Roomy and easily movable. Have not traveled with it yet, but am looking forward to trying it out.

It is just perfect for travel

This case is of extremely high quality and moves effortlessly with the added bonus of a almost flat surface inside. To the outside handles rails.To be completely honest I returned my case as it did not meet all my personal needs and exchanged it for an alternative Briggs and Riley product.

Good size trunk that’s easy to pack sensibly.Easy to move on castor’s when packed.Well made.Only issue securing divider on larger side of case is a bit basic. Would have been better with a full cover.

Well made, great compartments and lifetime warranty

Overall, this bag is excellent. Well thought out design. Durable hard side. Very light and easy to maneuver. telescoping handle is the perfect height for me at 6"2".The only issue is with the front pocket. There is no way a laptop AND a tablet will fit. Either but not both. My laptop which measures 15.0 x 10.3 x 0.7 inches will fit but its very tight. A standard tablet will fit fine. There is space for cables but not a wall charger. A few files will fit as well. Another problem is if your laptop is heavy, the bag can tip over if there isn't enough weight in the interior of the bag. It does come with a cable to connect your own battery pack.
