Order this for my son, it was a perfect fit, he is 13 yrs of age. It definitely made some people laugh but also hurt some people's feelings. He did not complain about smell and was able to wear it at night taking some break in between.

It was a Big hit at the circus themed birthday party and I was a monkey. Be sure to get the banana it was also well made and very realistic. Nothing Creepy about it

I got this for a costume karaoke party so I could "sing as" Gorillaz. The first couple times I put it on for practice, some of the fur shed off and landed in my mouth, but that could have been caused by my fumbling with the mask to put it on. After I got the hang of taking it on and off, that wasn't as much of a problem.When I got the mask out of the packaging, there was no creasing from its vacuum seal, but all the same I let it lay flat for a while, and it filled out nicely. I had a tower fan that I set it on that gave it the perfect stand in lieu of an actual mannequin head. Even without that, though, if you're going to use it in the next day or two, just setting it face-up on a flat surface will let the face fill to its proper size just fine.This is more of a hood than a mask, per se, so be wary of things like hair pieces when you wear it.
