Unusual
I had no idea this even existed, but adds a great umami flavor. I am enjoying exploring how to add it to recipes.

I used it for some brown-sugar salmon to good reviews.
Recipe:several salmon filetspaprikaground red hatch chilisdehydrated soy powderthymepeppergarlic powdermix the above and leave uncovered in fridge for 24 hoursForm foil packets and place one filet skin-down in each, sprinkling brown sugar generously on top, then placing lemon slices to cover the filets. Seal packets and cook on grill with skin side down. When packets begin to plump, check internal temperature of fish by inserting gauge through foil, and remove from flame as soon as internal temperature at the thickest point reaches food safety levels for salmon. Let packets rest from the heat for a few minutes, then serve.

Great umami flavor
I use this dehydrated soy sauce to make homemade instant noodle packs with other seasonings and dehydrated noodles. The soy sauce adds awesome umami flavor to ramen or peanut noodle packs. I like that my family is eating their favorite convenience foods without the msg or junky chemicals.

Easy to use and full of flavor
I bought this strictly as a topping for popcorn and it did not disappoint. The texture is finer than even powdered sugar and I find scooping it out with a small mesh strainer over popcorn works best. One star off because I think they should include a desiccant packet to prevent caking.

Has so many uses
Great product with so many uses. Mainly bought it to add to my more flavor standard dry rub for fish, chicken and meat, which worked great. However, quickly realized that I could make a teriyaki dry rub. Much better than a wet teriyaki as the flavor penetrates more deeply into the meat and it doesn't create a lot of steam like you'd get from a wet marinade.
