Screw 3rd party refurbished sellers!
This device won’t even turn on. After 24hrs of charging it, nothing! I’m sure it’s wonderful if you can get one that works however, the refurbished pos I received definitely isn’t doing that. Don’t trust third party refurbished sellers on here UNLESS ITS COMING FROM AND IS SOLD BY AMAZON. Wish I had known that, now I’m screwed with my online class because I don’t have a working device and can’t order another until Amazon receives the return and to top it off, it’s Christmas time so I doubt I’ll get a replacement before the new year, which will cause me to flunk my class and loose everything I’ve invested into it.... thanks for nothing

Lasted about 6 weeks then the screen stopped working all together also doesn’t work great as just a tablet I would save my money buy a better product this one is poorly made at best

Broke when I received it
Idk why but I returned this product, this somehow 2 days later after sending it out they charged me for the item again before they even refunded me!!!
