Ordered: 32-litre wide, low 32-litre under-bed boxes (40 x 60 x 18 cm (ish))Received: 31-litre taller squarer boxes (35 x 45 x 25 cm (ish)) - which DON'T fit under the bed!Seller responded promptly to my message but explained the item had been incorrectly listed and that they don't actually stock the 32-litre underbed boxes.Offered me either to keep the tall boxes, with fairly generous partial refund, or to sort out a return and full refund.We have kept the 31-litre tall boxes for use elsewhere, and the partial refund was processed promptly, so good impression of seller - just need to get the listing sorted!Re the boxes themselves:We already possess a number of the 32-litre underbed boxes (both "old" ones we've had for years and "new" ones from a different seller) - the boxes themselves are great - the weak point is the cut-out in the lid that engages over a lug on the box to hold the lid on: if you're in the habit of overfilling your boxes, that cutout will eventually snap and the lid with then only "lay on" rather than securing.But I've been abusing mine for years and they're still mostly intact.I expect this boxier format of 31-litre boxes to behave/last the same (just not under the bed!)

As stated above most of the lids arrived broken but they were replaced. So quality may not be the best but customer service was good as they replaced all the broken ones quickly
