Delivered damaged
I’m giving this product 3 stars because it was delivered damaged. One of the bottles has a hole that caused leaking throughout the package. There’s about 1/3 of the product gone from the bottle because of the leak. The return policy requires me to return both bottles and wait for a replacement. And there’s no easy way for me to return the 1 bottle with the leak and keep the undamaged bottle—at least that way I’d be able to use the product in my hot tub. But having to return both bottles and wait for the replacement leaves me without the product to treat my hot tub. I think the product will work for my hot tub.

The caps with off and a hole was in each protective cover
The product spilled all over when I took them out of the package.
