With the Himalaya Boswellia, the ingredients are "Indian franincense-oleo-gum-resin -250 mg; (Boswellia serrata Roxb.), standardized extract (60% Boswellic acids - 150 mg)" and "Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Capsule), Dicalcium phosphate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Ethyl cellulose". Because of the way the primary ingredients are laid out, I'm not sure exactly what the mg amounts refer to--but you get the idea. I have found this product to be very helpful for pain due to inflamed joints and have recommended it to friends who also like it and now take it regularly.
