for anyone who has the same issues as I do with chronic constipation...GET THIS PRODUCT. I have tried every thing that you can buy at a drug store and refused to go on a prescription because of side effects. I was told this worked by a friend of mine and decided to give it a try...NOTHING else was working. and I mean NOTHING. This stuff worked the first day and I only have to take it in the morning. I mix it (one scoop) in my smoothie maker with about 1/2 cup of water and then take my morning pills with it. It is sugar free and all natural. It takes some getting used to but if you want results...THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU. I have dealt with my chronic constipation for over 60 years. since I was a kid. I am so glad that I found a product that does what it claims and I was paying a lot more through this friends web ste. Thank you Amazon for your great prices.

This was a gift from a dear friend and it is unbelievable good in a mixed berry smoothie. In fact, I can hardly taste the difference between the with/without versions of the smoothie. I have tried half a dozen powders and hated all of them because they were too "earthy" for me. Unlike other powders, it is sweet rather than earthy.It is also good in any smoothie with banana (which I don't prefer, since banana overwhelms almost anything you put it in.) I also tried it directly with water and with different juices, and I don't recommend taking it that way. It is too sweet in juices and too powdery/gritty in water. I prefer fruit smoothies, so this is a good way to get some greens in there.

Greens powder with sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin! Thank you doTerra! The essential oils added is a bonus. The flavor is a little different than most greens powders but this is wonderful. This has a very clean flavor, gentle and friendly on the body and mixes well with water.

It’s going to be very difficult to finish 30 servings. So bummed. Not because of the quality, it’s clearly there but the taste is not. I realize it’s “greens” and with that comes some risk but I can’t do it. I’ve tried it with just water, just juice and also in a fruit smoothie hoping one would work but it doesn’t help. It’s chalky in texture and funky in taste no matter what. I’ll stick to the oils.

I don’t eat enough greens or fruit so it supplements my needs

I feel so energized after adding this to my morning smoothie that I stopped drinking sweetened coffee.
