Having a fragile system, I cannot take many over-the-counter cold medicines. Having these in the cabinet helps get me through cold season. At the first sign of illness -- scratchy throat, stuffy nose -- I start taking them along with Vital Nutrients Herbal Biotics. It truly helps alleviate my symptoms and. normally within 3-5 days, I'm feeling better. (These were recommended to me by my ND, so PLEASE do not self-medicate and ignore symptoms you should have checked by a physician.)

I've only been taking this for a week, so I can't say for sure whether it's working. But I do feel better today than I did a week ago....so maybe? I take two capsules, twice a day, with food. I've had a chronic EBV infection for 16 years, and it recently got so bad it was endangering my ability to hold any kind of job. My naturopath put me on this (and two other supplements).I will say, sometimes when I take my evening dose, it burns for an hour. It isn't a painful burn- feels like I've just downed a shot of whiskey- but it's a sensation that happens for about 10 seconds, every minute, for about an hour. So it's damned distracting. Still worth it, if this helps me get over my illness.

I bought this for a recent trip to a developing country, and used a few times when I felt like coming down with something. It definitely helped and I did not get sick even once! Will buy it again for sure!

This is a good go-to for boosting your immune system and for knocking out "starting to feel sick".

Have been taking this supplement for a while now and it works well for me. I have a very sensitive stomach and this does not bother my stomach at all.
