I found this book enlightening. It clearly provides all the information required to understand and implement continuous improvement with a Lean and Six Sigma approach. The tools and concepts are arranged in the D-M-A-I-C model, along with a Prepare Phase that includes the topics of Managing Change - very important in any and all projects, an Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Performance Dashboards, and A3 Reports (which have "practical" examples). Each of the phases are aligned with the A3 Report, which is done brilliantly by these authors. The section on Waste and Flow are almost books by themselves. All the tools of 5S, Flow, Standard Work, Demand Analysis, Mistake Proofing, Visual Management, etc. are clearly defined for any function within an organization - the examples are relevant and great for discussion. This book has it all!
