I have a 16.3 Trakehner gelding with a good sized Warmblood head. I got him a horse sized mask by the same brand last year. It stretched out and the fit was OK but the mesh over the eyes could have been better and he pulls it off almost every day. (Other masks do not work for him anymore due to age related cataracts, his vision is already slightly impaired and he hates stiffer masks). I ordered an oversized for him this time and the mask fits tighter! He hates it. It's terrible around his jaw and neckline! Sadly, he rolled with it so I can't return it. Funny thing, the cob size fits my little quarter mare just fine. Maybe this kind of mask just doesn't work well for warmbloods.

I have a draft cross horse that wears an XL in other fly masks so the “oversized” should have fit, but was too small in this style. Just FYI for sizing.. otherwise it’s a great mask and I ended up keeping it and using the oversize for another one of my standard horses and it fits great.

The lucra on this product has been durable but the netting over the eyes and ears is fragile and a week in there are already holes. I got the warmblood/oversize for my 17.2 hand warmblod and unfortunately the nose area isn't big enough and he has some rub marks. The ears and throat latch area are well sized.

This is a nice mask; it works for trail rides, really helps keep flies off horse's face and the horse can see okay. However, the first one came with a poorly sewn seem and when I contacted customer service about it they were slow to answer and seemed to be dodging my request. Eventually, they sent a replacement but I felt annoyed by the time that it took and the way they responded to me.

I especially like the fact that this mask has a hole in the top of it for his forelock. Overall excellent mask!

This was a good fit, and I like the concept but unfortunately it tore within the first two weeks and was unusable.

Did not think my horse would like this but he just stood there and let it go on and no fuss afterward. Mask holds it fit and I like the extra fold which seems to provide eye protection. If they made them for my donkeys, I would buy more!

These masks are comfortable and are great for being fairly transparent, so you can see the horse’s eyes with the mask on.
