A: A headache and a lot of disappointment. Save your money cause this item is trash. All the hair fell out. They have better ones from other companies on here. Idk if I can say the name so I won’t be keep searching cause it’s right right there. To answer you though what comes in the box is the head that’s it.

I really like the texture of this mannequin head. All I used is water and conditioner and the texture loosened up and allowed me to detangle it with a wide touth comb. Afterward I sectioned it off and then washed and conditioned it like I would my own head. The curls afterward came out beautifully. I can't wait to learn how to braid with this. The texture is very realistic. The product did have some shedding but it was not massive.
