Good work gloves.
The fabric side of these take a while to dry out, but they fit my big hands well and keep the crud out of my fingernails.

and that is a crazy great deal. I have happily bought them before for ...
First off, they are $4.90 at the time of me writing this, and that is a crazy great deal. I have happily bought them before for $10 or so, and they're worth every penny. This is my favorite gardening glove. They are a great gift for any gardener - if they already have some, they will be super stoked about another pair, and if they don't have any, they will be thanking you later after using them!Use these gloves for light garden work - not too much abrasion. If you use them for light garden work, they will last many good seasons. My first pair I treated very poorly. After a few seasons, the rubbery coating began to wear on fingertips and crack at thumb-palm joint. So I keep them around for rough work since they are already roughed up. If you are going to be applying a lot of torque on tool handles, or handling abrasive surfaces like cement planters and laying gravel, I recommend a different glove: Nitrile TOUGH (black and gray) gloves. These, Nitrile Touch, I use for actual gardening - potting, weed pulling, and general dirt-digging and country bumpkin-ing.My favorite part about them is the skin-like fit. They keep my fingers nimble and feel very natural. The wrist opening is nice and snug, so I don't have errant dirt, leaves, or bugs getting into my gloves. I also love that when they get dirty, I can hose them out and hang them to dry (fingers up, wrist opening down). They can be a little crispy after air-drying, but soften right back up after a few minutes of use. They are also machine washable so I throw them in with the dog towels every now and then to keep them fresh. I can't remember if I've put them in the dryer, but I bet not. The heat might damage the stretchy stuff. My gloves:2 pairs leather gloves (1 fresh/soft for cleaner heavy duty work, 1 old/dry/stained/torn for extra destructive/dirty work)2 pair Nitrile TOUGH gloves - Med, Large, for me and my man2 pair Nitrile Touch gloves (1 5yo crusty pair, 1 fresh pair that I will take good care of!)1 pair Digz gloves (lookalike to Nitrile Touch - barely used, already cracked)Honestly, I need to buy another pair of Nitrile Touch so I can have a pair of gloves for garden guests!

Ideal gloves for reloading bullets!
Last year I was using white cotton gloves while handling lead bullets, primers, powder and brass. The gloves would stretch out and not give me the "feel" I needed. I saw the Atlas Nitrile Touch gloves in a gardening store that we frequent. After trying them on, I was impressed by the fit, feel, and the grip that they gave me. I purchased them, at a considerably higher cost, took them home and gave them a try. Wow! What a difference they made in being able to pick up bullets and the small primers and still feel them. It truly is like having a second skin but with better grip! I'm sure the nitrile is actually more safe than cotton in keeping the harmful lead away from my actual skin. I realize that these gloves are suggested for use in gardening, but I'm sure glad I decided to give them a try. They make me feel more confident and comfortable at the reloading bench! They are sturdy too and have lasted a year without breaking down or stretching out. I purchased another pair from Amazon to keep as a spare and haven't needed them yet as my original just keep on working great!

Your hands will get wet and muddy! With blisters.
I'm tough on gardening gloves. I wear them 2-3 hours nearly every day, and I do a lot of different tasks with them: weeding, poisoning (carefully!), planting, but especially DIGGING. I use a mattock, usually, and I'm busting sod or weed patches, breaking the clods of dirt with my gloved hands, pulling weed roots, bamboo shoots, vines, yard onions, glass, nails, and more. And then I'm watering, too, while still gloved. At the end of it all, what I want is dry, clean, healthy hands. This is NOT what I got from the Atlas Nitrile Touch 370 M gloves. I purposefully waited a couple of months to review these gloves to make sure I gave them a chance. After two months I can safely say they stink, at least for my purposes. After every use there's dirt under my nails and my hands are wet. I have been very careful to keep dirt from entering through the cuff area, so this dirt has found its way in through the mesh weave of the back of each glove. On top of this problem I get blisters on my palms when using my mattock, which did not happen with my old Handmaster gloves. This happens even when my gloved hands have not been in water. I gave these gloves two stars instead of just one because at least they have not popped a hole or had any tearing of the cuff area after two months.Do I think I can feel things better with these gloves than with many gloves? Yes, but they aren't the only ones out there that have this feature. My old Handmaster "nail savers" were sensitive, too. Too bad they appear to be gone from the marketplace.Overall these gloves are of the same quality as any you will find at big box retailers, and aren't worth ordering online.

These are my go-to gardening gloves
I order these in large batches because I wear them hard and yes, they do wear out with heavy use. I probably wear out the fingertips of two pairs in a solid season of weeding, potting, pruning, and mowing. One other reason, though, is that I keep a couple of pairs clean and sparkling -- never taking them outside -- to help me around the house. I have arthritic hands and fingernails prone to breaking off when I do housework. I've found putting a pair of the Atlas gloves on before I change the bed sheets saves me broken nails and a fairly substantial amount of pain I'd otherwise have trying to stretch the fitted sheet over the corners of the mattress. They're a small lifesaver!Best gardening gloves I've ever used, and I'll never buy another brand.

Will only use Atlas gloves in the garden
These gloves are very comfortable and durable for working in the garden. I've used them on hot summer days and my hands stay comfortable and not overheated. They are easily washed when they get dirty and dry quickly. I love these gloves!
