This Works Amazingly Well
I'm a grandparent and with 3 toddlers around, stains are inevitable. In the past we had small stains in their play room and though they were a bit unsightly, we never worried about them much. A recent spill came right in the middle of our great room and it was a rather large spill of the dreaded red kool aid. After a brief search I found this product with a claim that seemed rather boastful. I can honestly report that the product does exactly what it clams to do and it does it with amazing easy and completely eliminated any and all traces of the spill. As as extra special bonus, we gave it a try on some stains that have been around for a couple of year and it removed them in minutes. We applied this straight, undiluted, applying it in a light mist and wetting the affected area. After the application we placed a hot, wet washrag over the stain and covered it with an old towel, letting it sit for about 15 minutes. No scrubbing, no soaking, no heat, no steam, just a hot washrag and when we uncovered the stained area, it was 100% gone. I was as amazed as I am pleased with this product. It certainly does clean away stains and I will not hesitate to recommend this product. It deserves a 5 star rating.

This stuff works!
This product is amazing! I had a red Koolaid stain on my light carpet for years, nothing would remove it. I had to always position furniture to cover it. I saw this item and thought I'd try one more thing. It worked! Be sure to follow the directions. Spray the stain, cover it with a damp towel, iron the towel to provide heat and steam, and the stain disappeared! Highly recommend this if you have red stains anywhere.

A hyped product that actually works!
I was skeptical about this "amazing" red stain remover since generally they never work as claimed. This is the real deal. I had a red stain on my back seat car carpet from a detailing product that leaked. All of the usual carpet cleaners and solvents that I used in the past didn't even lessen the stain. I figured what do I have to lose so I ordered this stain remover. Tonight I gave it a try and the results were amazing. The key seems to be the steaming process with an iron and damp cotton wash cloth. First I sprayed the stained area, worked it into the carpet with a brush and waited. After 10 to 15 minutes the stain was still there. Rather than wait over night to see if the stain would disappear I went to the iron and a white cotton wash cloth. Next I re-sprayed the stained area per the instructions on the bottle. Then I took the wet cotton wash cloth, placed it over the stain and hit it with the hot iron creating steam. I did this 2 or 3 times for 15 to 20 seconds until I could see some pink transferring to the wash cloth. I then rinsed the wash cloth which removed the reddish pink color that was in it and repeated the process. I did this about 5 or 6 times until the stain was gone. It really does work. There was no bad smell from using this product based on my experience. See the before and after photos attached.

Kool Aid Snow Cone Syrup
Sometimes you make poor choices as a parent and you have to learn a lesson. Letting my ten year old have a grape snow cone (Kool Aid brand grape snow cone syrup) in our homeschool room in our pastel carpet was a poor choice. Where he finished, he left the cup sitting there. He didn’t put it away. I didn’t ask about it. I forgot about it. Somehow it got knocked over and we didn’t know until hours later.I tried regular carpet cleaner. I asked chat gpt. I tried vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, carpet cleaner again. I tried Tide with oxyclean. Nothing listed even a smidge of the purple out. Chat GPT recommended this product. I ordered it and had to wait 3 days to get it.I followed the steps another reviewer listed. I sprayed it. Let it sit for awhile. Nothing happened. I then sprayed it again, got my wet wash cloth, and my iron. You need the cloth to be wet. Not dripping, but wet. Soak it, ring out the extra and then use it. The first time I applied the heat the purple color went away almost instantly. I honestly don’t know where it went. I never lifted any of the red or purple out into the cloth or paper towels. It turned green. Apparently that’s a thing that can happen. I followed the steps again. It got a little of the green out. I did it a few times. I blotted the moisture. I dried it with a hair dryer. It looks a lighter in person than it does in the photos. My mom didn’t even notice it at first. It’s a lot less noticeable than the purple was that’s for sure.I’m glad someone else mentioned it because when you iron it and you lift the iron and cloth away it smells exactly like perm. I used to perm my hair all the time for years. You never forget that smell. It doesn’t linger really though.Overall, it didn’t completely rid the carpet of the stain. I knew having such a light colored carpet would be a pain to keep clean though. It did better than anything else I tried though. I may give it again other go tomorrow. I did read it could continue to fade over time. Either way, the bright purple stain is gone.
