Third in Line: The 3rd Air Division over Europe in World War II Hardcover – November 30, 2009

Third in Line describes this units formation from training to it mission flown over Europe as part of the 8th air force. Good book with lots of pictures describes the missions and loses during the bombing raids. Interesting portion of the book shows the shift in different bombing objectives and describes if they were successful or not. The crews moral is also covered which is interesting as well. Very enjoyable and easy to read

Excellent book! Many photos and details of all aircraft lost.
