Blues HogBold & Beefy Seasoning (25 oz.)

This is the best beef rub I've discovered yet. It makes amazing brisket and steaks. You can use this on any beef product where you want a savory, beefy flavor profile. The only thing to worry about is that it can cake and form clumps in the container once opened after a while. I live in a damp environment, so this may not happen to others. To mitigate this I add some food grade desiccant packs to it after I open it. It seems to work so far. I think they should add them to the package, though.

This is my go too from brisket to burgers. Put it on a prime rib roast that I smoked and it was the best roast I'veever done.

Beef rubs are generally salt, pepper, paprika & garlic powder. Tastes exactly like what I make. Not impressed
