This butter item is great.. i use it in mashed Califlour, mashed potatoes on fresh veggies etc

This product is great. I use it in shaker and put it on vegetables, baked potatoes and meats. The butter flavor is very good and has helped me to reduce use of high calorie butter in my weight loss program. Will be buying more!

nice dry butter powder but has a weaker butter flavor than other brands I have purchased in the past.

I use powdered eggs in baking, so I thought why not powdered butter in the mixes I need butter in. It has worked out well in what I bake. Still get good taste and texture. I get about a nine month or so on a bag and keep one handy. Never know when the supply line will break.

Tastes great, no lumps or clumps when mixed with either hot or cold drinks, etc.

The butter powder is fine, but I just got it this week( 07-25). And the expire date is in early September. I needed the powder, so I didn’t send it back.

This is the brand is my go to when it comes to powders for baking. good quality, minimal ingredients, self seal and function will with the other ingredients.
