I wanted to find a clean, simple butter powder to add to my morning coffee. After seeing a popular butter coffee protein powder online I decided I wanted to make my own version using my own coffee and protein shake combo with this butter powder. This saves me a lot of money instead of buying that popular brand protein powder. It made such a delicious tasting coffee! It’s best to use a hand held frother to blend up the butter powder first with a little liquid (I mix it up with a little of my protein shake) then mix that into my coffee. This butter powder tastes so good with it. I use just a teaspoon to a 1/2 tablespoon for my morning coffee. Will definitely buy this again!

Love this stuff! Tastes just like butter. Id use this on corn on the cob before actual butter - doesn't drip of cob and tastes great for the fraction of the calories. Only 2 ingredients. Great buy!!

This is my 3rd or 4th Judees product - Im hooked on the brand 👍 Everything has been excellent quality , the dried eggs too. I like that this is shelf stable and all of their stuff comes w an O2 absorber in the bag so shelf life is years (longer than on bag ). This stuff is great for my home made no chemicals bs real deal macaroni & cheese recipe 😋 Just quit gawking and buy it 👍

As a butter lover the idea of reconstituting this into butter and spreading on top of bread or baked potato is almost offensive. But I love having Judee's butter powder in my pantry for moments I don't have or don't want to use real butter for mashed potatoes or midnight microwave mug cakes. The quality and taste of the butter is quite mediocre, so it works best mixed in baked good for me, it adds a nice moistness. I tried just for the experiment to reconstitute butter... the taste is milky and creamy, OK, but not something I would describe as tasty. I would take it for a long backpacking trip. The powder in itself is quite salty, so you have to adjust recipes to account for that. The packaging Judee's brand has for it's powder products annoys me greatly; the zip closure doesn't seal weal and most times breaks after a couple of uses. I've learned my lesson by now and always transfer the products in a separate container.

Extremely salty. Took ages to arrive. Mixed it as directed, then tried mixing it with milk, however the saltiness of this was far to unpleasant. It went into the bin.
