I'm a 7/8, 28-29" waist. Medium tops fit just as they should but a large is comfy & roomy. I was afraid I might need a little extra room in the form fitted torso area so ordered an extra large, knowing if needed I could take it in. It was hilarious. Im not sure who it was made for, maybe a flat-chested junior size 1/2 that has noodle arms that are the same diameter at the bicep as they are in the wrist. Sleeves do not bell, lace tore very easily, no darts in breast area, large needed an additional 5 inches of fabric to allow the hooks to meet. **Q: Can the sleeves be cut?** A: hi,yes. The sleeves can be cut. It is best not to cut off the sleeves **Q: Are the sleeves stretchy?** A: they're not stretchy at all. I got the white one and yes it's really cute and flattering but it's very hard to raise the arms. I couldn't even raise my arms level with my shoulders, it would get really tight.
