## Description

5/8 in. (16mm) Samson Tenex 12-Strand Single Braid. Sling-Grade Polyester eye spliced in one end by Rope Logic, 10 ft. The eye sling is perhaps the most versatile tether for rigging hardware. A block, Portawrap or other device is secured within the sling’s eye and a choking hitch such as a cow hitch or timber hitch is tied using the running end. Although one must know knots to use an eye sling, there’s no arguing its efficient simplicity. This rope’s construction is stronger and more flexible than others because of its loosely woven, hollow construction. Since there’s no core to this rope, abrasion wear is distributed throughout the cordage where it can be more easily monitored. 17,000 pound tensile strength. 1,700 pound WLL. Weighs 1.7 lbs.

## Features

- Dead Eye Slings provide a secure choke around limbs and rigging points. Dead Eyes are easy to setup, adjust, and remove, making them a versatile choice for lowering limbs, redirecting lines, or setting anchors in various tree care scenarios
- High strength sling features a single spliced eye on one end by the experts at Rope Logic into your preferred Dead Eye Configuration. MBS: 14,250 lbs.
- Samson Tenex-Tec is a high-strength polyester rope with two ends per carrier to allow higher production splicing for standard slings and Samthane coated to enhance its wear life
- Excellent abrasion resistance and easy to splice, Samson Tenex-Tec also allows more rope surface conformance to objects being lifted than standard single braid constructions
- Also available in Stable Braid and Streaked; 5/8" or 3/4" diameters and 10, 15, 20 or 25 ft. lengths
