I really like that they have 00 at midnight instead of 24. Maybe they do that in Europe? For U.S. Military and Government, we use 00. Happy to support a business of our Canadian Allies too. I have not had any issues with the clock faces getting scratched, but then mine just hang on the walls, columns, etc. I actually prefer the plastic face: someone dropped one of the clocks and it was fine; I just had to reseat the battery. If the face was glass, it definitely would have broken. For close distance, the smaller clock is OK, but for farther distances, we use the bigger diameter. The customer service at Trintec is excellent as well. I absolutely recommend them and will gladly purchase from them again.
