It holds well and doesn’t loose air and maintains its firmness!
It’s very sturdy and well made! Better material than the other balls I have!

Built Tuff
I purchased this therapy ball after having had treatment for a lower back issue. This brand was being used at my therapy center. There are various sizes offered based on your height. It appears to be very well made and should last for many years.

Same exercise ball as I was using in rehab. Well made.
I really like this exercise ball, but the manual inflator I bought at the same time was not great. I wound up using a bicycle pump and that worked great with no issues at all. The ball holds air pressure well, no leaks noticed, and performs very well in use. Good product.

About the size
Following previous reviews, I purchased a ball one size larger than was recommended by manufacturer. Was able to inflat to full 65 cm, but only using a air compressor--a simple hand pump took it to only about the size of a basket ball. Once it was fully inflated, it was hard as a rock and too big. So, I have deflated it to my recommended 55 cm size. It is still firm, but not rock hard. It's much firmer than my cushy Gaiam ball, but I think more durable too.

Quality
Super challenging to inflate—I had to do it in stages over a few days, allowing it to rest/stretch in between before it would accept more air. Now that it is inflated, it seems very strong and will support heavy person.

Finally, I found the right ball
I finally found the right ball. It was recommended by the PT I have been working with. I used to love the balls at the gym I belonged to, but I hadn't been able to find the right quality until this one. Most I tried were just too soft, so that when you sat on them, they sank way down, regardless of how full you pumped them. I am able to do planks on this one, situps, and leaning back to stretch my back when I finish working out.

Make sure you order one that guarantees it comes with a plug
I've used Thera-Band balls at the place where I got physical therapy and I know they are great quality. The issue I had was that the ball I received did not come with an adapter that would allow me to inflate it with a bicycle pump, nor did it come with a plug. So basically it was unusable, as you can't inflate it without a plug to stop the air from exiting once it's inflated. Also, if you don't get an adapter for a bicycle pump, you will need some sort of pump that can fit into the hole of this ball to inflate it. As much as I love the brand, I would recommend a different ball that comes as a kit with a hand pump, plug, etc. I ended up getting a GAIAM ball and have been very pleased.

Sturdy material
The material is thick and substantial. It is a bit difficult to inflate with the supplied nozzle, but with an air compressor attached it went well enough. Once the plug is installed getting it out with the included plastic device is difficult. It seems like the device to pull the pin free will break, but it hasn’t. Might be better if it was made of metal. Overall very happy.
