It comes in a good box and it easily inflates over about 4 days. It supports quite well, but it made us sweaty. It holds you in place when you sleep, so for a side sleeper its quite good, but if you want to change position in the night, the mattress stops you from moving, so you have to make extra effort to move and this wakes you up. This is our first mattress topper, so we cannot compare it to others and therefore left 4 stars as we had nothing to compare it to, however, we returned it. The mattress is more comfortable without it (we have a new mattress that is just a bit firm).
