My dog loves them no doubt, however the tendons are very small, some measure just 2 to 3 inches in length. This means that they can easily become a choking hazard, especially if your dog is over 40 pounds. My dog is about 50 pounds, and I watch her while she eats these to make sure she doesn’t choke. She does love them! But they are gone pretty quickly and as I mentioned they’re quite small. These might be a great treat for smaller dogs under 20 or 30 pounds. But I have to say it does smell too smoky for my liking (probably doesn't matter too much). Size and thickness are all varialbe too.
