Q: Ok for hospital works?

They are comfortable but they are fabric which gets dirty. Haven’t put them in a washing machine!

Q: I have size 4 in Skechers, what should I get, I am a medium fit ?

The shoes come up as a snug fit, but you possibly do not want to get larger than your actual size as they will slip off when walking

Q: How high is the heel on these trainers and are they a wide fit like other sketchers please ?

The heel is a few cm, i can’t say exactly because i had to return these even though i thought they were pretty and potentially very comfortable, due to them not having any stretch. I have fairly wide feet and normally sketchers are fine, but these were too tight. Maybe for heel height you could copy and paste the name of the shoe on another site, for more info?
