LenoxSnoopy's Letter to Santa Ornament, 0.50 LB, Multi

Not the typical Lenox quality, I order multiple Lenox ornaments every year and this seems like it’s a knockoff- paint is smudged and paint colors do not match description photos. I will be returning this and ordering directly from Lenox.

Arrived broken in pieces . But I still love all of Lenox ornaments , I’m just disappointed because it was to be a gift .Update . The seller immediately replaced the broken ornament . Great customer service and the new one is adorable ! My grown son is a huge fan of toy story so I buy him a Lenox ornamentEvery year . Definitely would buy from this seller again . Thank you !

This has to be a knock off/fake. The colors are not the same as the photo, there is no finish/gloss over the paint/glass and the string of lights does not wrap around Woody's leg as it shows in the photo either - there's absolutely no string of lights on either leg. The ornament arrived broken and the box it was in looks reused. I have multiple Lenox ornaments and this one is no where near the quality expected from a Lenox ornament. There is simply no way this is an authentic Lenox ornament and it doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Ornament itself is very pretty and well made. The outer box, however, was torn, dirty and embarrassing to give as a gift so I put in for a replacement/return with Amazon and the replacement box is ALSO torn and tattered. I returned it for a refund and bought from Macy’s- that one came in perfect condition. Amazon should have some quality control process to prevent beat up looking merchandise from leaving the warehouse.

Woody's light cord is green not tan, but if you go to Lenox's website, you will see that their stock image is different and matches the product received. It would look better tan as shown here. However it was an authentic Lenox product.

Absolutely beautiful and great quality for the price. It was purchased as a bridal shower gift for a Mickey Mouse fan and she loved it.

Lenox makes really nice ornaments. The details are so fine and perfect. I started buying a new one every year and its hard to choose because they are all so pretty.

I have been collecting Lenox Grinch ornaments for many years. Really love them. They look so nice on my Christmas Tree. Definitely recommend this ornament if you are a Grinch Lover.

This little Snoopy came beautifully packaged by Lenox...I am so impressed with quality..the figurine is so finely finished ...and it even has a little secure wire in the sculpture to hang from your tree...I would put this little Snoops on my mantel for next year...it truly is precious and worth every penny
