What a great umbrella. This week I had the chance to test it out in some strong winds and it survived. Even though the wind blew my umbrella in the opposite direction, I was able to return it and it's still intact.

This is my third umbrella because I kept leaving them at the bus stop.😂 nothing bad to say here. And yes size does matter!! Definitely keeps the rain off your head and does not flip when the wind blows. (I can’t speak for others but I have not had that happen.)

I got the silver umbrella with the black lining. The black on the inside blocks so much heat, which is great for watching soccer in Arizona. I love the size of the 68” umbrella. It has held up to some pretty crazy rain, and even some wind.My only complaint is that I’ve had it less than 3 months, and it was in the garage for 6 weeks of that. I took it out to use at soccer practice this week, and one of the ribs is broken. It still works, but I have to manually flip the hinge on the other end when I unfold it, or it goes the opposite direction of the rest of them.

Love this sturdy umbrella. You really feel protected from the rain and elements. Plus the carrying strap makes my morning commute a breeze. Highly recommend. Unfortunately this is the 2nd umbrella I’ve had to purchase because i left my first one on the bus.

Took her on her maiden voyage the day after it arrived. Pounding rain and very strong winds. I was dry from head to toe and this nice umbrella didn’t flip backwards as most other cheapies do.👍

I wanted a large umbrella to really cover my palette, especially when I paint large paintings. I bought an arm attachment that clamps to my tripod. It is a little heavy for the arm but I bungee it to the easel and it works perfect. The vent helps a lot in the wind. I have not had any blow overs with the new giant umbrella, and it covers me and the easel for longer painting periods and helps keep me from going blind while painting in the sun. I have painted in the rain a few times and it kept the painting and myself dry enough to keep going. It is much cheaper than a traditional plein air umbrella and works very good as long as weight is not an issue. It can be cumbersome to carry around to painting sites but no more so than the tripod and easel I use.

Easy up and down. Light weight but not too light that it blows away.
