I'm right handed but would this work well as an SOB as the left handed fit?

I am not sure what you mean by SOB. If it is "side of back" then I have use a left handed draw holster very much like this one "inside waist band". I am right handed and it worked well to put it IWB on the left side of my back. I could reach behind my back and easily draw the weapon. The only problem that might come up is if the cant of holster isn't enough to angle the pistol to make it easily to draw. I put the holster I used at the extreme limit of the cant and it worked fine.

Will this fit the mossberg mc1sc?

Not sure it's made for glock 43/43x. You can check with the seller to see if they have one that's made for your gun.

Is this cut for an optic as well? (i.e. 43x mos with holosun).

It may fit there seems to be some room at the top
