It did not attach to the walker as needed and we set him in one time to see if it would work anyway, he was unable to position correctly and would lean forward. I reached out to return (not knowing it said on add non returnable) and was told there was nothing that could be done! I highly discourage anyone from using this company anymore due to this. I know of the miss on my end as well, however for it to be unused and undamaged and at this cost that is not acceptable to me.
