Item is as described/pictured. I would agree with other reviews that 75kg is the max weight of the person using it. Fun to use and not as boring as other exercise equipment. Fact sheet with a few exercises on was included which was helpful. You can definitely feel it working your core muscles as you twist. I also purchased a cheap door mat to put under it so that it doesn't wreck my carpet.

Ok, so I don't use this twister board as much as I could, but for me it's about getting the right music. I get Alexa to play Chubby Checkers, Lets twist again and off I go. I have found various ways to use my body to get the best out of it, including using a table or worktop for balance as this helps me engage my stomach muscles easily. As with any keep fit equipment you get out of it what you put in so don't expect results if you don't use it.

My son has issue with his hip and core strength as well as feet problems and is awaiting physio, in the meantime he's been told to try strengthen his core and work on balance. This little beauty is great, I tried it out and could feel which muscles were being used, I'm sure this will really help his problems and get him back on track.

arrived in time for Xmas well packaged.Smaller than I expected ( my fault should have checked measurements) Bought for very active 7 year old grandson who loves it but supposed to take up weight up to 150 kg which I doubt and wouldn't want to risk it .Overall happy with product .

so so easy to use think it's better with bare feet rather than socks simply stand on it and twist away at your own pace certainly a winner takes up no room what so ever well worth it

It’s a good product I’ve used a few times with online YouTube videos. Not a bad word to say and not overly priced either.

Très léger, ne prend pas beaucoup de place, peut être utilisé à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Amusant pour les enfants (7+), bon exercice pour les adultes. Peut apporter avec vous à la plage ou à la montagne (si vous voulez apprendre le snowboard).

Mir gefällt dieses Teil. Aber mein Gewicht ist 50 kg. Ausserdem rutscht es stark. Nur auf Teppichboden und mit Schuhen zu benutzen.
