I had ordered these book shelves (same brand) from another company and they arrived with huge dents, bent shelves and scratches.  The outside cardboard not dented at all.  After I had received my refund from the other company I decided to give Amazon a chance.  The shelves were delivered by a very nice man and in great condition...a couple of the shelves had a few flakes of paint gone-but not noticeable. I am very happy with the industrial look and they look great with our other vintage pieces.  I like the amount of weight each shelf will hold-you can really load them up.  I may decide to order one more in the next few weeks.  I'm very happy with my purchase.

Was very happy with the size and quality of the bookshelf.  Shipping and delivery was iffy.  Box came with a big slit in it, but luckily bookshelf wasn't damaged.  Also, you have to be there for delivery, but they won't bring it in the house.  Kind of a bummer.
