I love the option of a patch! This gives a noticable boost in energy without gitters. Sticks well, the adhesive can be tough to get off on some but make up remover works great to get that right off. Still so worth it not to have to take a pill and so much better than an energy drink!

I tried this because I needed a bit of help to get me going outside of my caffeine intake from coffee. I am a mother of infant twins and that alone seems to run me ragged and it seems like I have nothing left for the other things I need to do in my life. I had a bit of a tough time finding a place to put the patch where it wouldn't rub off. The very under part of my arms just wouldn't hold it. I ended up using my side. It was gradual but I felt the little extra bit of energy kick in. It kind of ebbed and flowed through the day, not exactly a constant but who really needs to feel all energized ALL the time? I don't really need this kind of thing every day but on days that I need that extra pep in my step, this is a decent option. I purchased this item at a discounted or free price in exchange of my honest and unbiased review.

The amount of caffeine is so low when spread over the 24 hours the instructions say to leave it on that any effect you feel is imaginary (placebo). 32 MG over 24 hours isn't even 1.5mg per hour. Tried 4 times and ... no effect at all. And it can't be returned. Better off with a time release caffeine pill than these. Cheaper and they actually work.

I guess it works, I can’t really tell

Small and inconspicuous, these caffeine patches pack a punch. They can keep me going all day (though I do break the rules and put on two at a time.) They don't stain my shirt like some other brands have done. Sometimes the sticky part will peel off the patch and I'll have to wash it off, which is kinda gross. But I'm willing to overlook that for an otherwise solid product.

I love that this comes in patch form. I have enough vitamins and medications to swallow everyday and this is so convenient. It gives me noticeable energy with no jitters or crash. I felt like I had more stamina for workouts. It seems to be a great blend of herbs and vitamins that has worked well in my body.

These are one of the few patches that really seem to work. I definately had more stamina when hiking and felt uplifted. Good synergistic blend of vitamins and herbs. Also used on my son with special needs to give him more energy on low energy days. No side effects. Easy to place. No worries about swallowing awful pills. So sick of pills. Too bad every medication and vitamin didn't come in patch form.

I been trying the patches for 7 days already and I still have not seen any improvement on my energy level using this patches. They do not work for me at all.
