Quality was more than I expected, very good for my veggies.

This is ridiculous , it is only two pieces of pork hooves bone without the ham on it, it taste salty & smells like damp mop from the sewage, do not waste your money.

Bought these to make some special beans and hammocks. Way too small for what you pay. Not the tastiest. Better products out there.

These are the worst possible ham hocks for beans. They leave a really bad sweet flavor . I have never purchased hocks that taste like these, and I have purchased many hocks over the years, Steer clear of these.

I am from Spain where we eat the richest cured ham on earth like Serrano and Iberico. The Hocks are not bad, but I think that these ham hocks are not cured enough to cook with them and they need a little more time in that process. I made "cocido" soup, very typical of Spain, and I thought the chicken was not done because it came out a little "red" and then I saw that it was from the Ham Hocks.I suggest sellers visit the Spanish websites on how to cure ham, I think it would help them a lot in their sales. It's worth waiting a little longer to cure those Ham Hocks.The price is also a little high.

I have used these several times in different soups and they add so much flavor that I really done even need to use any stock or flavor enhancement. You can't go wrong with these and the price is just right.
