Brand new out of the box had a large atrifact in zone 3. No biggie would have used it anyway later trying to focus the unit it wouldn't focus on anything further than 10 to 15 yards. Contacted Amazon to replace the unit. They can't replace it onmy offer a refund. This unit also didn't come with any quality sheet, my brother bought one and it was great and with a quality sheet. Either AGM is spotty with QC or they just let this one slip through the cracks.

Very pleased with the PVS14! It is exactly as advertised. It has auto gating, manual gain, auto gain, came with everything except a rhino mount. It came with a signed spec sheet. While the spec sheet says there are a few small blems, I do not see them. The blems are far too small to notice in all lighting conditions. I have only had it for a few days but so far 5 out of 5 stars for me!

NOT A GEN 3 ITT. product arrived as a NL1+ not Gen 3. Poor glass and build quality. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

Item arrived pretty quickly and was packaged really nicely however upon putting the batteries in I noticed multiple areas where you couldn’t see through the lens And then after about five minutes it would no longer turn on again. I changed the batteries to no avail. I think it’s best to go with what all the other comments said and either purchase it directly from AGM or another retailer as there is no guarantee on Amazon that you are going to get a level three It could’ve been anything from moisture to being dropped while in shipping save some time and just buy direct

Had 1 device with a huge artifact in Zone 1. Returned it because that's not ok with a level 1 unit. The unit i ended up with was 1490 FOM. No blems. Not the best gen 3 tube honestly, some static in low light, and bloom with bright lights but no wait-list, strong warranty, good return policy. I kept it. Also the focus lock is installed sloppy, it doesn’t stop at infinity it goes beyond. The eye piece ocular focus is also installed wrong but it works. It isn’t centered on zero it was centered on -2. The units collimation was not on at all, and it had to be redone.

Possibly a clone. Buzz sound. Black dot on lens and no logo.

Beware of counterfeits. I should have paid more attention to the reviews as I’m not the only one. This was a counterfeit version of a PVS-14 with a digital screen inside, not green phosphor. Return initiated.
