I use this foot pedal to operate a filling machine. The pedal works great, but it does have weak points.1. There is a tiny metal "lever" that translates the motion of you pushing down on the pedal into lateral force to operate the switch. This tends to bend over time, and after a while, it will no longer operate the air valve.2. The actual air valve inside of the switch has a pretty weak spring, and it doesn't take much to get it stuck... this effectively renders the switch unusable.

Wish quality was a bit tougher. Plastic feels like it’s not built to last a long time.

We buy these for production lines inside a clean room environment. They seem pretty sturdy. Unfortunately, there is no reference to the fact that additional fittings need to be purchased and then screwed into the little 1/8" NPT ports on the valve body inside the pedal.
